About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse Educator within the New Graduate Program at Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD. The position is full-time, working day shifts. Requirements

BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date require.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and evaluate clinical specialty programs; assess program efficacy and recommend continuous quality improvements.
Formulate and document comprehensive care plans and therapeutic protocols aligned with evidence-based practices.
Act as a primary clinical resource for nursing staff, providing guidance, education, and direct supervision as needed.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all ordered clinical resources, supplies, and equipment are secured promptly.
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date program documentation in accordance with clinical standards, hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines.
