Registered Nurse - ED/ER - Travel - $2,340/week - Newton, IA (Nights)
About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department/Emergency Room at an acute care hospital in Newton, Iowa. This is a 13-week travel contract with one opening. The position is scheduled for night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, totaling 36 hours per week. The estimated travel pay is $2,340 per week; the local pay rate for local candidates is $51 per hour. The start date is November 9, 2026. VitalHire provides weekly direct deposit and a dedicated recruiter from submission through the nurse’s last shift. The company also offers assistance with licensing, credentialing, and onboarding to help the nurse start on time.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Iowa RN license or multistate (compact) RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Current PALS certification.
- At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience.
Nice To Haves
- 2 or more years of recent Emergency Department experience preferred.
