About The Position
VitalHire is hiring a travel Registered Nurse to work in the Emergency Department (ED/ER) at an acute care hospital in Mason City, Iowa. This is a 13-week travel contract starting November 16, 2026. The position works nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM for 36 hours per week. Estimated travel pay is $2,340 per week; the local rate is $51 per hour for local candidates. VitalHire provides weekly direct deposit, a dedicated recruiter from submission through the final shift, and assistance with licensing, credentialing, and onboarding.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Iowa RN license or multistate (compact) RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience; 2 or more years preferred
