About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse Director of Professional Development. The position is full-time, remote with onsite travel, and offers a salary range of $138,258.29 - $195,187.61 per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus incentive. The role involves designing and launching comprehensive professional development programs to standardize clinical excellence and advance strategic health goals. It also includes nationally supporting system-level education in partnership with the Sr. Director, forging collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, and mentoring a team of educators to foster continuous growth.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
