Registered Nurse - CVOR
About The Position
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to join our team. This position involves working 3x12 hour shifts per week, from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with shifts scheduled based on unit needs Monday through Friday, totaling 36 hours per week. The role requires on-call duties, approximately 6-8 calls per month, including weekends and holidays. The nurse must be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating complex vascular cases. This is a position within a Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, and Magnet Hospital with 820 staffed beds, utilizing EPIC for charting. Travelers should be aware of potential assignments to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November).
Requirements
- SC or Multi-state RN license must be in hand at start of contract.
- BLS certification (AHA).
- ACLS certification (AHA).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Must be able to scrub and circulate complex vascular cases.
- Radiation badge required (to be provided by agency).
