About The Position

Do you believe great caregivers change lives? Are you a Registered Nurse who is passionate about mentoring others, sharing your clinical knowledge, and helping people begin meaningful careers in healthcare? At Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids, we are looking for a dedicated and inspiring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Training Program as a full-time instructor. Through classroom instruction, hands-on skills training, and clinical supervision, you will help students build both technical competence and the compassionate mindset that exceptional caregivers bring to their work every day. Your guidance will help students gain the knowledge, confidence, and professionalism needed to succeed in long-term care, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare settings.
