Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • 7AM-7:30PM, 3 shifts per week, about every 3rd weekend, about every other holiday

Responsibilities

  • Lead shift operations by strategically assigning patient care tasks to ensure every individual receives attentive, high-quality treatment tailored to their specific needs.
  • Empower and mentor nursing and support teams through real-time education and guidance, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth.
  • Optimize unit resources and staffing levels to maintain a seamless workflow, ensuring that both patients and clinicians have the tools they need for successful outcomes.
  • Resolve complex care challenges by acting as the primary advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns with empathy and professional judgment.
  • Shape team excellence by providing vital input on hiring, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing, compassionate clinical department.
