About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse Clinical Lead in the Specialty Med Surg department at Ascension Franklin in Franklin, WI. The position is full-time, with day shifts. The Clinical Lead will be responsible for leading shift operations, empowering and mentoring nursing teams, optimizing unit resources, resolving complex care challenges, and shaping team excellence through input on hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
