Registered Nurse Clinic RN - Family Medicine Rockland
About The Position
Provides competent clinical nursing practice across the life span, facilitates transitions across care settings, and coordinates care delivery with other disciplines to improve patient care quality outcomes and decrease unnecessary utilization and associated costs across patient populations and health care settings. Daily ambulatory nursing practice primarily focuses on telephonic patient triage, patient education, direct care interventions, collaborative leadership, and care coordination. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and Friday, 7:45 a.m.–4:15 p.m. Hospital or ambulatory experience is required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Hospital or ambulatory experience required.
- NRP Certification.
- Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License.
- BLS Certification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- General clerical skills.
- Keyboarding skills.
