About The Position

OSU is seeking a skilled and experienced Cath Lab RN to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and possess essential certifications and skills. This position offers normal business hours with call required. The Cath Lab is a Level 2 lab that performs diagnostic procedures and PCI. The EP Lab handles device changeouts, upgrades, ICDs, and Pacers. Vascular Angiograms and simple IR procedures are also performed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cath Lab.
• ACLS certification (Required).
• BLS certification (Required).
• State License (Required).
• Experience with EPIC is Required.

Nice To Haves

• CCI RCIS certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic procedures and PCI in the Cath Lab.
• Handle device changeouts, upgrades, ICDs, and Pacers in the EP Lab.
• Perform Vascular Angiograms.
• Assist with simple IR procedures.
• Manage patients with diagnoses including AMI, STEMI, NSTEMI, EP devices, heart arrhythmias, PAD, and PVD.
• Operate special equipment such as Impella, IABP, temp pacer, shockwave, DFR, IVUS, and FFR.
• Participate in call rotation, including one night a week and every 4th weekend.
