About The Position
The Per Diem Nurse Case Manager works in a flexible, field-based role in the Oregon region, coordinating care for injured workers and supporting return-to-work outcomes. The role involves working directly with patients, healthcare providers, employers, and insurance carriers. Travel to medical appointments and job sites may be required, with mileage reimbursed. The position is per diem/as needed, and the stated rate is $45–$48 per hour for productive/task time.
Requirements
- Active RN license in California.
- Driver’s license.
- Car insurance.
- Strong clinical background; orthopedic, trauma, or case management experience is preferred.
- Experience in workers’ compensation or case management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation.
