About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Nurse Case Manager to join the team in the Southern California region. This flexible, field-based role involves working directly with injured workers, providers, and employers to coordinate effective care and support return-to-work outcomes. The role is per diem/as needed, and travel to medical appointments and job sites may be required, with mileage reimbursed. Requirements

• Active California RN license.
• Driver’s license.
• Car insurance.
• Strong clinical background; orthopedic, trauma, or case management experience is preferred.
• Experience in workers’ compensation or case management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee medical care for workers’ compensation cases.
