About The Position

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced RN Case Manager to support Pain Management services at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Alaska. The role coordinates quality healthcare for the military community and supports continuity of care in a military healthcare environment.

This is a full-time opportunity, typically Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), paid time off, and sick leave.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Three years of RN Case Management experience within the last four years.
• Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or another PWS-approved credential).
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate individualized pain management care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Manage referrals, treatment coordination, and follow-up care.
• Provide patient education and support continuity of care.
