About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced RN Case Manager to support Pain Management services at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The role coordinates quality healthcare for the military community. This is a full-time opportunity, typically Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program.
- Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction.
- Three years of RN Case Management experience within the last four years.
- Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or another PWS-approved credential).
- Current BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate individualized pain management care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Manage referrals, treatment coordination, and follow-up care.
- Provide patient education and support continuity of care.
