About The Position

This role involves implementing, monitoring, and adapting personalized care plans for patients, acting as their primary advocate by communicating critical condition changes in real-time. The nurse will serve as the central hub of the clinical team, harmonizing efforts across multiple disciplines to ensure a seamless healthcare journey. They will translate physician and nursing orders into high-quality clinical actions, prioritizing safety and accuracy. Additionally, the nurse will collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate comprehensive discharge plans.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
