About The Position

Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford is seeking a Registered Nurse for their Computerized Tomography CT department. This full-time position involves a day schedule with 4 10-hour shifts and a 30-minute call back response time. Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the delivery of high-quality patient care by implementing comprehensive care plans and serving as the primary coordinator for all medical disciplines
• Drive clinical excellence by executing physician orders and monitoring patient conditions with the critical thinking and decisive judgment necessary for high-pressure environments
• Facilitate successful patient outcomes by leading discharge planning efforts and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless transition beyond the hospital
