About The Position
This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Computerized Tomography (CT) department at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford in Murfreesboro, TN. The position is full-time, with day shifts consisting of four 10-hour shifts. A 30-minute call back response time is required.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the delivery of high-quality patient care by implementing comprehensive care plans and serving as the primary coordinator for all medical disciplines.
- Drive clinical excellence by executing physician orders and monitoring patient conditions with the critical thinking and decisive judgment necessary for high-pressure environments.
- Facilitate successful patient outcomes by leading discharge planning efforts and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless transition beyond the hospital.
