About The Position
The Ambulatory Triage Registered Nurse functions as a member of the Pulmonary Clinic. Duties include phone triage, patient education, scheduling appointments, contacting patients with results, prescription refills, care coordination, and other related tasks as needed. The position is located on the north side in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Requirements
- Graduate of an NLN-, CCNE-, ACEN-, or NLN CNEA-accredited school of nursing, or have three years of related professional nursing experience.
- Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Indiana, as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Accountable and self-directed.
Nice To Haves
- Pulmonary or respiratory experience preferred.
- Previous medical office or outpatient experience preferred.
- Phone triage experience is a plus.
- EPIC experience is a plus.
