About The Position

Under the direction of the Charge Nurse, Patient Care Manager, Director, and Vice President of Patient Care, the Registered Nurse administers individualized age-appropriate patient care to the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, geriatric and adult patient according to the established nursing standards and Nurse Practice Act of Missouri. This is a 13-week assignment, with potential to extend for 1 additional 13-week assignment if available. Assignments will be full time on Ortho/surgical, Neurosciences, or Progressive Care Unit. Internal travelers are not benefit eligible.

Requirements

Must live at least 75 miles away from the hospital – 211 Saint Francis Drive, Cape Girardeau, MO 63703.
Graduate of an approved professional nursing program
Licensed to practice in the state of Missouri as a RN
BLS Certification - required
ACLS Certification - required for Progressive Care Unit
