About The Position
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. The role focuses on supporting residents’ and patients’ health and well-being through individualized nutrition care, education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with flexible schedules available. Pay is $35.00–$40.00 per hour. Coverage across multiple buildings may be required based on company needs and is available as desired. Benefits and eligibility may vary by location.
Requirements
- Be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Hold a certification or license in good standing within the state of practice.
- Have strong organizational and communication skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
- Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customer requirements.
- If working as a multi-site registered dietitian, have a valid driver’s license.
- RD-eligible candidates and provisional state licensure are accepted in certain locations.

- Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ and patients’ clinical nutrition needs and develop and document plans in the electronic medical record.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents or patients, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine a plan of care that improves residents’ and patients’ overall health and well-being.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs, and as desired.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
