About The Position

Citrus Heights Dental, part of the Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking a warm, detail-oriented, patient-first Registered Dental Hygienist to join its team in Citrus Heights, California. The role offers clinical autonomy, continuing education, and support from a collective focused on empowering care teams. The hygienist will provide preventive care, build relationships with patients, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered practice. This is a full-time position scheduled for four days per week, paying $60–$64 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in California.
• Strong clinical skills and a gentle, thorough technique.
• Genuine interest in connecting with patients and helping them feel at ease.
• Collaborative mindset and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality hygiene care, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing.
• Educate patients about oral health and prevention in a personal, helpful way.
• Take and interpret x-rays and assist with diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with doctors and dental assistants to provide seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and help ensure a safe, comfortable care environment.
