About The Position

ProGrin Dental is seeking an energetic, compassionate Dental Hygienist who enjoys working in a team environment and wants to develop their skills and career. The position is part-time, with base pay starting at $45 per hour and the opportunity to earn $65 or more per hour through a hygiene bonus structure based on production and patient care. Requirements

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current state licensure.
• CPR certification.
• One year of clinical hygiene experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A service-oriented approach and willingness to collaborate and grow in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing.
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal and oral health assessments and chart findings.
• Take and process radiographs as required.
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices, preventive care, and oral hygiene.
• Assist the dentist in identifying and documenting potential areas of concern.
• Deliver a positive patient experience.
• Stay organized and on time, and support the team.
