About The Position
Dentists of Mandeville is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive dental care, educate patients, and support healthier smiles as part of PDS Health. The position focuses on delivering the Perfect Patient Experience while addressing patients’ individual needs and concerns. The hygienist will work within a collaborative, service-oriented culture focused on patient care, professional growth, and excellence, and provide care aligned with the Owner Dentist’s clinical culture.
Requirements
- Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- Current state license to practice dental hygiene.

Responsibilities
- Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
- Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
- Participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.
- Follow company policies and regulatory standards while embodying PDS Health’s values.
