About The Position

Dental365 is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant for Twenty First Century Dental in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. The role supports dentists in delivering compassionate patient care and helps create a comfortable, reassuring experience for patients. The practice uses modern dental technology in a supportive environment focused on health rather than sales, without production quotas. A $3,000 welcoming bonus is offered to qualified candidates. The salary range for a licensed RDA is $30–$35 per hour. The practice schedule is Monday 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., Tuesday 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Wednesday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Thursday 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., and Friday 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Benefits listed are available to full-time employees working 30 or more hours weekly; some benefits are also available to part-time employees.

Requirements

Registered Dental Assisting license and experience are required.
Any certification or license required by the state to perform specified duties.
A resume demonstrating a consistent and stable employment history.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visits.
Support the dentist during various procedures.
Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans as prescribed.
Take impressions and fabricate serviceable temporary restorations.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection-control requirements.
Sanitize and prepare operatories for treatments.
Follow OSHA and safety policies to maintain a secure and healthy environment.
Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed.
Perform other office tasks as needed to support seamless practice operations.
