About The Position

PAM Health is hiring a Registered Clinical Dietitian for its new Dallas rehabilitation hospital. The role plans regular and modified diets for patients of all ages as prescribed by the Medical Staff. It includes routinely visiting patients and counseling those with nutritional needs, as well as participating in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs. The dietitian also helps maintain the department’s Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.

Requirements

Be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Be licensed by the state where the facility is located to practice Dietetics.

Nice To Haves

Three years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Rehabilitation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan regular and modified diets for patients of all ages as prescribed by Medical Staff.
Routinely visit patients.
Counsel patients with nutritional needs.
Participate in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs.
Assist with maintaining the department's Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.
