About The Position

PAM Health Dallas is hiring a Registered Clinical Dietitian for its new rehabilitation hospital in Dallas, opening in the fall. The dietitian plans regular and modified diets for patients of all ages as prescribed by the Medical Staff, routinely visits patients, and provides nutrition counseling. The role also participates in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs, and helps maintain the department’s Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.

Requirements

Be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
Be licensed by the state in which the facility resides to practice Dietetics.

Nice To Haves

Three years of experience in a clinical setting.
Rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities

Plan regular and modified diets for patients of all ages as prescribed by the Medical Staff.
Routinely visit patients and counsel those with nutritional needs.
Participate in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs.
Assist with maintaining the department’s Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.
