About The Position
The Registered Clinical Dietitian plans regular and modified diets for patients of all ages as prescribed by Medical Staff. The role includes routinely visiting patients and counseling those with nutritional needs. The dietitian also participates in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs, and assists with maintaining the department’s Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan. This PRN day position is with PAM Health Dallas’s new rehabilitation hospital.
Requirements
- Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Licensure by the state where the facility is located to practice Dietetics.
Nice To Haves
- Three years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Rehabilitation experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan regular and modified diets for patients of all ages as prescribed by Medical Staff.
