About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a client case in Statesville, North Carolina. This position involves delivering direct therapy (97153) based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by a BCBA. The role includes collecting session data and submitting notes. Supervision is provided through in-session QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback. This is a single-client case with a set schedule of Monday-Friday afternoons, approximately 10 hours per week, with exact session times from 4pm-6pm.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Mon–Fri afternoons, about 10 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes.
• Participate in in-session QA and IOA checks, observation, and feedback.
