About The Position

Step Ahead ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single client case in Albemarle, North Carolina. The schedule is Monday-Friday afternoons, approximately 35 hours per week, with specific session times varying between summer and fall. This role involves delivering direct therapy based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan developed by a BCBA. Requirements

• Active RBT certification with the BACB.
• Prior ABA experience.
• Availability Monday-Friday afternoons, approximately 35 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stay active and engaged in session.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 97153 direct therapy to a client based on a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan.
• Collect session data and submit notes for work performed.
• Participate in QA and IOA checks, observations, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical directors.
