About The Position

Galliant is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for its Bedford clinic to provide 1-on-1, assent-based therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role is fully center-based and works with children on functional communication, daily living skills, social connections, and reducing challenging behaviors. Care is compassionate and neurodiversity-affirming, with child safety, happiness, and comfort at the center of each session. Active RBTs must have a credential in good standing with the BACB. Entry-level candidates with a high school diploma or GED may be hired and receive paid training: Galliant covers the 40-hour RBT course and national BACB exam fees, with certification targeted within the first eight weeks. Team members receive clinical mentorship and supervision from BCBAs, along with semi-annual pay and performance reviews and structured career advancement. The position is based at the Bedford clinic, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Occasional team meetings may extend the workday to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $19–$24 per hour for active certified RBTs, based on relevant experience, and $18–$19 per hour for uncertified or entry-level hires. Galliant offers a full benefits package.
