Registered Behavior Technician (Paid RBT Certification) – Urgently Hiring
About The Position
Galliant is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for its Royse City clinic. The role provides 1-on-1, assent-based therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them develop functional communication, daily living skills, and social connections. The position is fully clinic-based and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM. Occasional team meetings may extend the workday to 5:00 PM. Active RBTs must hold a current credential in good standing with the BACB. Entry-level hires with a high school diploma or GED may receive paid training, including the 40-hour RBT course and national BACB exam fees, with certification targeted within the first eight weeks. The role includes real-time digital session documentation using a clinic-provided tablet. Galliant describes its clinical environment as collaborative and neurodiversity-affirming, with accessible BCBA support.
Requirements
- Either hold an active Registered Behavior Technician credential in good standing with the BACB, or have a high school diploma or GED and a strong willingness to learn.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for commuting to the Royse City clinic.
- Be able to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and transition quickly to engage children safely.
- Demonstrate empathy, reliability, and dedication to positive client outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1-on-1 behavioral therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

- Deliver compassionate, assent-based therapy centered on each child's safety, happiness, and comfort.
- Record session data and draft objective daily progress notes in real time using a clinic-provided tablet.
