About The Position

Galliant is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for its Ennis clinic to provide 1-on-1, assent-based therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role is fully center-based and offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, with occasional team meetings extending to 5:00 PM. There are no night shifts, split schedules, or weekend work. Active RBTs in good standing with the BACB are eligible for a starting rate of $18.50–$23.00 per hour, based on relevant experience. Uncertified entry-level hires earn $17.00–$18.50 per hour and receive paid training, including the 40-hour RBT course and national BACB exam fees. The employer states that certification is completed within the first eight weeks. Employees receive guaranteed pay and semi-annual pay and performance reviews, with structured career advancement. The position provides direct clinical mentorship and supervision from accessible BCBAs. A clinic-provided tablet is used for session data and daily progress notes.
