About The Position

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, utilizing play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through engaging activities like play, movement, reading, and hands-on games. The position requires maintaining an active and engaged presence throughout therapy sessions and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment. Collaboration with a supportive team focused on child development is key. ABC offers significant growth opportunities, with RBTs able to advance into leadership roles, Clinical Administrator positions, or pursue Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) roles through our Everest Program. Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
At least 18 years old.
High school diploma.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
Follow personalized treatment plans.
Collect simple session data.
Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
Occasionally support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.
