About The Position
Galliant is hiring high-energy team members for our Elkhorn clinic to deliver compassionate, 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We provide 100% paid training and exam sponsorship to get you certified if you are an uncertified/entry-level candidate. For experienced, certified RBTs, we offer a supportive center-based environment. Our clinic is BCBA-D owned and led, fostering a clinical culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, with accessible, supportive BCBAs.
Requirements
- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
- Passion for neurodiversity-affirming care, dedication to patient success, and readiness to thrive in a collaborative clinical team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Elkhorn clinic.
- Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Implement individual behavior plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and foster functional communication.
- Deliver Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming values, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a fun clinic setting.
- Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.
