About The Position

Galliant is hiring high-energy team members to deliver compassionate, one-on-one therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Whether you are a certified RBT seeking a supportive, center-based environment or an entry-level professional looking to break into behavioral health, Galliant offers a clear path forward. We provide 100% paid training and exam sponsorship to get you certified if you are uncertified. The role involves delivering individualized behavioral plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and improve functional communication. It also includes providing assent-based care, championing neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and active engagement in a fun, clinic-based setting. Digital data collection using a clinic tablet is also a key part of the role.

Requirements

Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily clinic travel.
Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

Experience in childcare, preschools, caregiving, home health, or special education is a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities
