Requirements
- Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to complete our paid training.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily clinic travel.
- Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and maintain safety protocols.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in childcare, preschools, caregiving, home health, or special education is a plus, but not required!
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-on-1 Direct Therapy: Execute individualized behavioral plans to reduce challenging behaviors, build essential daily living skills, and improve functional communication.
- Provide Assent-Based Care: Champion neurodiversity-affirming practices, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and active engagement in a fun, clinic-based setting.
- Digital Data Collection: Use a tablet to record real-time session data and draft objective daily progress notes.
