As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at B Above, you’ll play a hands-on role in helping children build meaningful skills and reach important milestones. Every day brings something new, and your work will have a direct impact on the lives of the families we serve. In this role, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings, implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA, collect and record data to track progress and celebrate growth, collaborate with clinical team members, support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills, maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards of care, partner with families to create meaningful change, and create fun, structured, and engaging sessions.
