About The Position

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. This role involves following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, and helping children learn through various activities. The technician will maintain a clean and safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team. The position offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement within the company, including roles like Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Everest Program.

Requirements

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
At least 18 years old
High school diploma
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
