About The Position

Join a Team That Celebrates Every Child’s Success Celebrations Speech Group is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care. We provide Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, Educational Services, and School-Based Support throughout California. We are seeking passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians, RBTs, to join our growing ABA team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working directly with children, values clinical support and collaboration, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and other developmental differences. About the Role As an RBT, you will provide direct one-to-one and small-group ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, support skill development, collect behavioral data, and help clients work toward meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living goals. Services may take place in home, clinic, school, or community settings based on client and program needs.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician, RBT, credential in good standing with the BACB.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Ability to travel between assigned service locations.
  • Strong communication, dependability, patience, and professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete electronic documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Experience providing ABA services in home, clinic, school, or community settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
