About The Position

BeeKind ABA Therapy is dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families through compassionate and ethical ABA services. Our program focuses on enhancing social skills, communication, daily living skills, and more. We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. This role involves engaging clients in tailored sessions, collecting data to track progress, and documenting development through detailed session notes.

Requirements

• Completion of 40-hour RBT training with the ability to discuss ABA content and display critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients.

Nice To Haves

• Previous in-home experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
