About The Position
At Action Behavior Centers (ABC), we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, utilizing play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through engaging activities like play, movement, reading, and games. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment is key, as is collaborating with a supportive team focused on helping children grow and succeed. We offer guaranteed full-time hours, paid training, and a clear path for career advancement, including opportunities to move into leadership roles or pursue Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through our Everest Program. Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire (if not already certified).

Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.

- Occasionally support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.
