About The Position
Autism Learning Collaborative (ALC) is seeking a compassionate and innovative Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to join their team in Albuquerque. ALC is dedicated to making meaningful improvements in the lives of children with autism, helping them reach their fullest potential. This role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing treatment plans, and supporting families. The position offers a part-time schedule with onsite support from BCBAs.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
