About The Position
Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism at the Richardson Center. The role involves implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA, tracking progress, and supporting families. Apara is committed to making meaningful improvements in the lives of those they serve and fostering a supportive, compassionate, and innovative team environment to help children with autism reach their fullest potential.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be a registered RBT with the BACB to be eligible for the sign on bonus.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s in related field preferred.
Responsibilities
