About The Position

We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges. In this role, you will maintain continuous, attentive supervision of your client, respond immediately to behaviors that may present a risk of harm, and implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques. You will collaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP), track session data, and celebrate progress with kids and families. This work is active, immersive, and demanding, requiring you to show up fully present.

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification, or completed 40-hour training with your exam scheduled (you can also join as a BT and earn your certification with our support)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation, Monday–Friday, with full 8:00 AM–5:00 PM availability
  • Comfort working independently in direct care settings
  • Physical stamina to stay alert and responsive through full therapy sessions, including during high-energy or challenging moments
  • Stay physically active throughout the day: you'll be constantly moving, on the floor, kneeling, squatting, bending, and transitioning between positions.
  • You'll lift and assist clients or equipment up to 50lbs

Responsibilities
