About The Position

Woven Care is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges. This role requires continuous, attentive supervision of clients and immediate response to any safety risks. RBTs will implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques, collaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP), and track session data. The work is active, immersive, and demanding, with a focus on celebrating client progress.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification, or completed 40-hour training with your exam scheduled
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation, Monday–Friday, with full 8:00 AM–5:00 PM availability
• Comfort working independently in direct care settings
• Physical stamina to stay alert and responsive through full therapy sessions, including during high-energy or challenging moments
• Stay physically active throughout the day: you'll be constantly moving, on the floor, kneeling, squatting, bending, and transitioning between positions.
• Lift and assist clients or equipment up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges
• Maintain continuous, attentive supervision of your client throughout each session
• Respond immediately to client behaviors that may present a risk of harm, including running or sprinting when necessary to reach a child quickly
• Implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques
• Collaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP)
• Track session data and celebrate real progress with kids and families
