About The Position
Apara Autism Centers is seeking a compassionate and innovative Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to join their team. This full-time position is based in San Antonio, Texas, and involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. The role focuses on implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA, tracking client progress, and supporting families. Apara Autism Centers is dedicated to making meaningful improvements in the lives of those they serve and helping children with autism reach their fullest potential.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
- Experience working with kids.
- Reliable transportation & driver’s license.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
