About The Position

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-to-one specialized treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts in a center-based setting. The role implements individualized treatment plans, monitors client progress, supports family training, and communicates with clients, families, supervisors, and other relevant parties. Paid training and support are provided. A $750 sign-on bonus is offered to active, licensed RBT candidates.

Requirements

• Current, active RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data to monitor progress and the effectiveness of individualized treatment plans, and report progress.
• Support the BCBA with training families to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Respond to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Keep pace with clients during sessions, including standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, and kneeling.
• Perform other tasks outlined by the BCBA or LBA.
