About The Position

Butterfly Effects is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to work with young children affected by autism and their families. Treatment takes place in clients’ natural environments, most often at home, and also in schools and centers. The technician teaches communication, sharing, play, waiting, and other essential skills through fun, play-based activities. The role includes training and support to help staff feel confident in their work, and may provide guidance and financial assistance toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• Passion for working with children.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
• Web-enabled device, such as a laptop or tablet.
• Availability on at least three weekdays with the same schedule.
• Positive attitude and strong people skills for working with children and families.
