Registered Behavior Technician - Part Time
About The Position
Westside is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, play-based ABA therapy at its Geneva Clinic in Geneva, Illinois. The RBT will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and families to support children with special needs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 1–6 p.m., with open availability requested. The hourly pay range is $21.00–$25.50, based on skills and experience. The role includes implementing direct ABA therapy, participating in regular supervision with a BCBA, and documenting client behavioral data and other required information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Competence with a variety of computer applications.
- A comfortable persona for developing relationships with children and their families.
- Flexibility in adapting to each child’s unique needs.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with a team and partner with families and BCBAs.

Responsibilities
- Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
- Engage with a BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
- Collect and record client behavioral data and complete required documentation accurately and on time.
- Build relationships with children and their families, and adapt sessions to each child’s needs.
- Collaborate with families and BCBAs to support each child’s progress.
