About The Position

Westside is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, play-based ABA therapy to children. The RBT works closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and families, with regular supervision and feedback. The role is based at the Naperville Clinic in Naperville, Illinois. The listed shift is 10 AM–6 PM, and the work schedule is Monday–Friday, 11 AM–6 PM, subject to change based on clinic needs. The position is listed as open availability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence with a variety of computer applications.
• Comfortable persona for developing relationships with children and their families.
• Passion for working with children with special needs and commitment to building strong relationships and making sessions engaging and enjoyable.
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to work with a team.
• Flexibility in adapting to each child’s unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions with a BCBA, asking questions and receiving feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Build relationships with children and their families and adapt sessions to each child’s needs.
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and the team to support each child’s progress.
